Landing page systems that turn product updates into pipeline

Your product ships weekly. Your site ships by committee. That gap is where pipeline goes to die. A landing system is a set of pages and modules you can update in days, each with one offer, so a release or an ad never lands on a brochure.

Written for: Product marketers and founders who ship faster than their site

A system, not a hero page

Harbor did not need a prettier homepage. They needed three landings and modules that could absorb product updates. Sales received assets in five days instead of three to four weeks. MQLs followed because the destination existed.

The minimum viable system

Primary offer page. One segment or role page. One campaign/release page that is allowed to change weekly. Shared modules: proof, objection, implementation, FAQ. Variants for ads reuse the same modules with a matched headline.

  1. One H1, one offer, one primary CTA.
  2. Proof a skeptical champion can forward.
  3. A form or calendar with a human SLA.
  4. A module you can swap when the product ships.

Governance that does not take ten days

Legal and brand review a pattern, not every comma, after the first page. If every variant needs a new ticket in a US shop queue, you will always launch ads first and pages later — the expensive order.

Checklist

  • Inventory live offers. Each one gets a URL or it is not live.
  • Rewrite H1s to match the ad or release that will use them.
  • Extract proof into a reusable module.
  • Instrument unique events per page.
  • Agree a same-week edit path (who can publish).
  • Retire pages that have no traffic and no sales use.

Common mistakes

  • One homepage trying to be every campaign.
  • Shipping ads a week before the page exists.
  • Endless sections that hide the offer.
  • Noindex on pages you actually want ranked — or the opposite.

Benchmarks

  • 3 pages + kits — Harbor landings. Part of the 68% MQL lift
  • 14 days — First sprint. Landing Page + Ads SKU, or we do not invoice
  • Same week — Update SLA. Release module, not a redesign
  • Variants with ads — Aether lesson. Pages that lag creative waste spend

FAQ

How many landing pages should a SaaS company have?

As many as you have distinct offers and funded campaigns. Start with one to three. Add when a new offer or segment is real.

Should landing pages be in Webflow, the app, or a marketing site?

Wherever your team can publish in days. The CMS is not the strategy. The SLA is.

Do we need separate pages for Google and Meta?

You need message match. That can be a variant, not a wholly different site.

What goes above the fold?

The offer, who it is for, and a reason to believe. Navigation to the rest of the marketing site is optional; the CTA is not.

How does this relate to CRO?

CRO is experiments on a system. Without a system you are decorating a brochure.

What does the $2,500 launch package include?

Conversion landing design, mobile-first build, three ad concepts, campaign setup, tracking. Two-week window.
